Tiny Tigers: Ages 4-6

The Tiny Tiger program offers children a strong foundation in essential character
qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve
children’s motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes
are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods available for this age group.
This program works in conjunction with the Karate for Kids program, emphasizing the same important
monthly themes and value system.

Karate for Kids: Ages 7-13

There are many reasons for kids to become involved in the
martial arts. ATA’s Karate for Kids program is based on a life time
learning concept in addition to the technical skills of traditional
Taekwondo. The building blocks for our system are monthly themes such as:

Karate for Kids develops greater self-esteem,
discipline and leadership skills while learning
basic self-defense maneuvers.

Youth and Adults: Age 14+

ATA Fit ™

ATAFIT™ is the empowering cardio and strength training workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as, Boxing, Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Yoga.  Supported by highly intense music and powerful motivating instructors strike, kick and fight your way through calories to superior warrior fitness.
